Iko & J. Schmutzer (design), Sacred Heart, 1927, stone (probably white trachyte), 70 cm high.
This is a smaller example than the model carved by Iko. It is unknown who carved this stone, but it could possibly have been by A. Maas of Palimanan, Cheribon, who also made the later stone versions. It was placed in the basement of the Sacred Heart Chapel in Ganjuran, where it is believed to still be located. Source: KDC, SCHM 126, 25. “Oorkonde van de wijding.”
